Delivery

  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1–3 working days once payment has been received.

  • Delivery Timeframes
    Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Outlying or rural areas may take a little longer.

  • Delivery Partners
    We use trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Fees
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free delivery may apply on orders over a specified value (when advertised).


 

Returns

  • Eligibility
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    For hygiene reasons, certain products such as bedding or personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

  • Process

    1. Contact us at info@luminanceliving.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions.

    3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Return Shipping
    Unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product sent by us, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


 

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the return has been inspected and approved.
